Jury finds woman guilty of voluntary manslaughter; judge sentences her to eight years in prison

THOMSON, Ga. - A jury of eight women and four men deliberated two hours today in McDuffie County Superior Court before returning a voluntary manslaughter conviction against a 72-year-old Thomson woman who shot her husband to death on Jan. 30, 2008.
